Many people resort to extreme measures to get rid of their body fat, taking potentially life threatening measures such as Ephedra. After many investigations into the health effects of ephedra, The U.S. Food & Drug Administration (F.D.A.) banned ephedra a common ingredient in diet pills, after being linked to many deaths, in the USA. Given the potential dangers of diet supplements, what would drive someone to take diet pills rather than following a diet program and proper weight loss workout program.
