Try to keep each meal to around 30 grams of total protein as anything more will not be digested, as well as remember to wait around2.5 to 3 hours between every meal to give your body the chance to properly digest the protein form the meal.
A very important note on high protein diets is that when eating a meal, you should make sure you mix your serving of protein with vegetables and low glycemic carbs as this will help with protein digestion and will give you a good source of dietary fiber and vitamins. A rule of thumb when following a high protein diet is that you should drink at least 10 to 12 glasses of water, as this will help flush out the kidneys and better help with protein digestion.
