Smoking kills. Period. All the excuses in the world do not overlook the fact that hundreds of thousands of people die yearly because of smoking. Smoking does increase rates of ALL cancers, heart disease and emphysema. If you are looking to kick the habit and give yourself a reason to quit smoking for good then read this article, it may save your life.


Diabetes
According to many medical studies, smoking can increase the risk of developing type 2 diabetes by up to 45%. Up to 15% of all total diabetes cases can be linked to smoking.


Sex Life
If you are one of many men who smoke, then you can expect to experience erectile dysfunction. Quitting smoking is an important step to gaining a higher quality sex life.


Infertility
The chemicals contained in cigarettes can speed up menopause by destroying egg cells created by a woman’s ovaries. Even worse, women who smoke during pregnancy can also affect the fertility of their newborn baby.

Whether its lung, bronchial, stomach, pancreatic, urinary bladder, kidney, cervical, laryngeal, oral, gum, tongue, oesophagus, pharynx, vulvar, penis, anus, blood, prostate, liver, or bronchioloalveolar cancer, the carcinogens inside cigarettes have been proven to increase cancer rate. There are 43 total carcinogens in an average cigarette, each being carried through the bloodstream through the lungs every time you inhale a puff of smoke.
