One of the things every person dreads is aging, yet there is no way around it, we all age as it is a natural part of the cycle of life.

The anti-aging diet plan is all about eating foods that help fight the effects of age, generally these types of foods are high in antioxidants and help fight free radical damage (a huge factor in the aging process). Generally these foods contain high amount of vitamins A, C and D as well as nutrients like lycopene, flavonoids and anthocyanins as well as they should contain high levels of dietary fiber and essential fatty acids.
